1. About GalleyHub

GalleyHub ("we", "us", "our") operates galleyhub.io, a platform that connects private aviation operators with catering providers at airports worldwide. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these terms. If you are using GalleyHub on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company.

3. For Operators (Free Access)

Operators can search for caterers, view listings, and submit quote requests at no charge. GalleyHub is a discovery and communication tool — we do not process payments between operators and caterers, nor do we guarantee the quality, pricing, or availability of any catering service listed on the platform.

4. For Caterers (Partner Subscriptions)

Catering providers can list their services through paid subscription plans (Verified or Premium). Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months or years, except at our sole discretion.

5. Content and Listings

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, including company details, contact information, menus, and certifications. We reserve the right to review, modify, or remove listings that violate these terms or our quality standards.

GalleyHub does not claim ownership of your content but you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.

6. AI-Generated Content

Our AI Menu Builder generates order suggestions based on caterer menus. These are proposed orders only — not guaranteed offers. Caterers confirm final availability, items, and pricing separately.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the platform for fraudulent purposes; submit false information; scrape or harvest data; interfere with platform operations; or violate any applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

GalleyHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any disputes between operators and caterers, including issues related to food quality, delivery, pricing, or availability. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to GalleyHub in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion. Partners with suspended accounts retain access to their dashboard data but their listings are removed from public view.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
